Transaction fees, including blockchain gas fees and clearly disclosed platform service fees, are your responsibility.

We may link to third-party platforms (e.g., wallets). We do not control these services and disclaim responsibility for their security and practices.
Avii Systems is not a custodian, intermediary, or financial advisor. You retain complete control over your assets and transactions.
The Services are provided "as-is" without warranties. Avii Systems disclaims all implied or express warranties. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed $1,000 USD. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avii Systems, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or rights of others.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time without notice. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by U.S. law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to jury trials or class-action lawsuits.
